CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Call the salon 604-874-2800 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel.
We do not accept cancellations or late notices via email.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-show appointments are subject to a 50% service fee.
COVID-19 WAIVER: Cancellation fee will be waived if you are cancelling due to illness.
