Senior Stylist

Satoko’s home town is Tokyo, Japan. There she attended hairdressing school. After completing school, she worked at a salon in Tokyo before moving to Vancouver. Satoko is Sassoon trained at Zinc academy by Tricia Mcqullian (creative director at Sassoons Toronto) and has been with Zinc hair for over 10 years! She is passionate about her craft and loves to make her clients feel their best, she got trained at Sassoons in Toronto and London UK with Silvia Salerno. She loves classic/creative cuts, cutting bobs and long layers; colors, highlights, balayage; and perms, Japanese straightening.

Outside of work, Satoko enjoys biking, cooking, camping, art and photography.
